PREPARATION OF NDWEDWE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY 2024/2025 IDP AND ANNUAL BUDGET

INVITATION TO REGISTER FOR SERVICE ONTO THE REPRESENTATIVE FORUM

Ndwedwe Local Municipality hereby informs all interested and affected parties that the Council is in the process of reviewing of its Integrated Development Plan (IDP) in terms of the requirements of Chapter Five of the Municipal Systems Act (No 32 of 2000) and Annual Budget as per the requirements of the Municipal Finance Management Act (No. 56 of 2003).

The IDP is a strategic plan through which the District Municipality and relevant role-players will plan, organise and implement their tasks and responsibilities over a five year period. The Budget is the annual plan in rands and cents that sets out the amounts each Department can spend on specific pre-determined items as informed by the IDP and Council’s operational needs.
